Update: Delay of mail delivery to Canada due to strike action

This is an update of our previous notification on May 19, 2025, regarding the strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW). According to a notification from Canada Post, CUPW initiated strike action with a national overtime ban on and after May 23, local time in Canada.

We are continuing to accept all types of mail addressed to Canada, but please kindly understand that delays will be experienced in the delivery of all types mail (EMS, airmail and surface mail) sent to Canada.

We will continue to update the situation of the strike according to information from Canada Post. We would therefore like to request your understanding of this situation.
